Do you charge a retainer?
No. Arogom Marketing is contingency-only — there's no retainer and no upfront cost. You only pay a fee if you hire someone we source.
What happens if a search doesn't result in a hire?
You don't owe us anything. Our fee is due only when you make a hire from candidates we deliver.
What roles do you place?
Account Directors, Strategy, Paid Media, Sales, Operations, Delivery Leadership, and executive-level hires for marketing agencies.
What happens if a placement doesn't work out?
If someone we place leaves voluntarily or is terminated for cause within 180 days of their start date, we run one replacement search at no extra fee.
